If a guide doesn't help you, you can ask for a refund of the full price within 7 days of your purchase.

How to ask for a refund

Reply to your order email within 7 days of your purchase. Tell us which guide you bought and, in a sentence or two, why it didn't help you. If you can't find that email, include the email address you bought with so we can find your order.

We review every request. Approved refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. Refunds are limited to one per customer.

After 7 days

Refunds are not normally available after 7 days. If something went wrong with your download or your order, reply to your order email anyway and we will make it right.

Problems with a download

If your download link doesn't work or has expired, reply to your order email and we will send you a new one free of charge. You never need to buy a guide twice.
